
杨秀德,男,贵州铜仁人,中共党员,教授,理学博士,硕士生导师,现任微信买球官方网站物理与电子科学学院院长,贵州省“物理学”区域一流学科负责人,贵州省高等学校“洁净能源材料与技术”特色重点实验室主任,贵州省千层次创新型人才,贵州省评标专家,遵义市红花岗区科技专家库专家,贵州省物理学会副理事长、遵义市物理学会理事长。
主要从事新能源材料与器件领域纳米发电机、自供能微纳传感器、钙钛矿太阳能电池、忆阻器等方向研究,特别在光电-摩擦电复合纳米发电机和器件界面优化工程研究中取得了富有创新性的成果。参与国家级项目4项,主持省厅级项目4项,参编出版英文专著1部,在核心期刊《Nano Energy》《Journal of Materials Science》《Journal of Alloys and Compounds》《Current Applied Physics》等SCI期刊发表论文40余篇。获贵州省教育教学成果奖1项、贵州省自然科学奖2项、西南大学优秀科技成果奖2项、遵义市师范学院优秀教学成果奖1项;获微信买球官方网站优秀党务工作者、优秀党员、三育人先进个人、优秀个人等多项荣誉称号。
主要承担本科生《材料热力学与动力学》《热学》《热力学与统计物理学》《大学物理》《现代教育技术》《教师书写技能》等课程的教学任务。
